1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a refund must be made within 7-10 business days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

4. Cancellation by the Customer
- Up to 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund, but you may reschedule the trip for an additional fee
