1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 7-10 business days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, please allow 4-6 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Up to 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • 15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund, but you may reschedule the trip for an additional fee
